Len & Laura Bailey, "Spouses Selling Houses", launched Bailey & Casey Real Estate (now Bailey & Heisey Real Estate) in 1992. We wanted to create a "small by design" firm that is defined by the quality of service, attention to detail and personal service. Together we have 52 combined years of experience. As former educators, we also value education and hold numerous designations. Less than 1% of real estate agents nationwide have our qualifications.
Over the years, we have seen the market highs and lows. Our background and experience allows us to think strategically and provide advice so that our clients reach their goals regardless of the current market condition. We are trained negotiators and problem solvers and we walk our clients around the pitfalls of real estate helping them avoid the bumps in the road.
We sell all types of homes and investment properties -- from single family homes to apartment buildings to medical buildings, and everything in between.
